Medworld Clinic Terms and Conditions

Article 1 - Parties

This agreement is made between "User", who benefits from or wishes to benefit from the services provided by Medworld Clinic, and Medworld Clinic.

Article 2 - Definitions

In this agreement;

"Medworld Clinic": The company that operates the Medworld Clinic website and mobile application.

"User": A natural or legal person who receives or wishes to receive services from Medworld Clinic.

"Service": All services provided by Medworld Clinic, all content defined in this agreement, and all other opportunities provided by Medworld Clinic to Users.

Article 3 - Subject of the Contract

This agreement regulates the terms and conditions for the use of the services provided by Medworld Clinic by the User.

Article 4 - User's Rights and Obligations

The User is obliged to provide Medworld Clinic with the personal information required to receive services from Medworld Clinic in a correct and complete manner. The User declares that he/she accepts the terms of service and privacy policy of Medworld Clinic.

Within the scope of the services received from Medworld Clinic, the User will use the content provided by Medworld Clinic in a way that does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of Medworld Clinic. The User will not misuse the services of Medworld Clinic.

Article 5 - Rights and Obligations of Medworld Clinic

Medworld Clinic has the right to change the terms of service and privacy policy without prior notice. Medworld Clinic has the right to stop or terminate its service at any time, for any reason.

Medworld Clinic may temporarily or permanently block the User's access to the service if the User violates the terms of service.

Article 6 - Liability

Medworld Clinic does not guarantee that the service will run uninterrupted or error-free. Medworld Clinic is not responsible for any damage that may arise from the use of the service.

Article 7 - Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any dispute between the parties shall be exclusively within the jurisdiction of the Istanbul Central Courts and Enforcement Offices.

Article 8 - Changes

Medworld Clinic may change this agreement at any time. The changes will be effective from the date of publication on the Medworld Clinic website.

Article 9 - Validity

This agreement will be in force for as long as the User receives services from Medworld Clinic.

Additional Terms and Conditions

Intellectual Property Rights. The User acknowledges that all intellectual property rights in the services provided by Medworld Clinic, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, belong to Medworld Clinic. The User agrees not to use the services in any way that infringes on the intellectual property rights of Medworld Clinic.

Privacy Policy. The User agrees to be bound by the Privacy Policy of Medworld Clinic, which is available on the Medworld Clinic website.

Disclaimer. Medworld Clinic does not guarantee that the services will meet the User's requirements or that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Medworld Clinic is not responsible for any damage that may arise from the use of the services, including but not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to property.

Acceptance

By using the services provided by Medworld Clinic, the User agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.
