The gastric balloon procedure for weight loss and obesity treatments has come a long way. The Elipse swallowable gastric balloon was produced to solve the possible disadvantages of the traditional gastric balloon. The Elipse balloon is the first gastric balloon that is swallowed and naturally leaves the body four months later.

GASTRIC BALLOON
A gastric balloon is a non-surgical weight loss procedure that involves placing a balloon in the stomach and limit the stomach's capacity to hold food. After balloon placement you feel fuller faster and your stomach volume is reduced. The gastric balloon procedure is a simple, quick, non-surgical procedure. Compared to people who only diet and exercise, those who use a gastric balloon generally experience three times more weight loss.
How is the gastric balloon inserted? The gastric balloon procedure is performed endoscopically. Under mild anesthesia the gastric balloon is applied to our patient through the mouth with an endoscopy device. The patient is monitored with a camera. The balloon is inflated by injecting Methylene (blue) liquid. Since stomach volumes can vary from person to person, the size of the gastric balloon is also variable. The balloon is usually removed after a period of 6 to 12 months. This process is specified according to the targeted weight loss goal by the patient and the doctor. When the patient loses the targeted excess weight, the gastric balloon is removed from the stomach endoscopically.

STOMACH BOTOX

Stomach botox is a procedure that takes 15 minutes and is done under sedation, the patient is in a state of sleep and does not remember anything from the procedure itself. Allows weight loss between 7 and 15 kilograms in one procedure. Botox is a medical protein produced by bacteria called "Clostridium botulinum" administered to the body by controlled injection. This protein blocks the electrical flow in the nerves in the area where it is applied, reducing muscle contraction for 4-6 months.Decomposition of carbohydrates takes 2-4 hours to be fully processed by the stomach. After the procedure, this duration is increased to 12 hours. Gastric botox is extremely effective to reduce appetite and extend the feeling of satiety.
